I received my brand new Samsung the other day. The audio and video is out of synch, you tap the thing it loses power and it locks up. So I ask Samsung to replace it. They said no, they’ll repair it. That’s right, they want to take a brand knew TV and repair it. That would make my new TV a refurbished TV. So I asked them if I could get a refund of say $200.00 to $300.00 and pay a refurbished price, they said no. These people are criminal and not willing to work with you. It’s like buying a TV out of the trunk of someone’s car. Go with Sony. They’ll take a defective TV back. I called and asked. I’ve been a Sony owner for 15 years and made the switch because of reviews and what people told me. Big mistake!

I researched this TV pretty carefully, looking for good to top quality TV with a headphone jack. My husband is hearing impaired, so headphones are a must. This one was listed in more than one place–including the seller’s catalog–as having a headphone jack. We didn’t know any different until the TV arrived and we set it up. Turns out headphone connections are scarce for this size TV. In fact, I’m still not quite sure how we’re going to solve this problem. The seller is taking responsibility for their catalog misprint. We could send this back for a full refund, no problem. But what then? Still researching alternatives. I hope we can figure out how to keep this, since the TV itself is a beauty…

Decent TV for the price, spec-wise pretty comperable to the competitors, Enough HDMI ports for your Cable, ps3, laptop, and whever else you want. Simple set up, great picture after you fiddle around with it a bit. Bit lacking in the sound, but nothing adding some speakers wont solve. The Touch of color isnt really noticeable for me and although some people complain that the pointy middle part is weird looking, honestly its not that big of a deal either.
Just keep in mind when buying from Amazon that they no longer price match even their own website. I ordered this TV less than two weeks ago, and now the price is $100 cheaper and after being transferred here and there by the amazon reps, i was basically told:
1.) Buy another one and return, and get charged for shipping and potentially restocking
2.) Go kick a rock
Verdict: Happy with TV, very dissappointed with treatment and attitude by amazon just to save shipping and tax. Suggestion to buy from the many other vendors who will price-match amazon in a heart-beat.

Equipped with PS2, PS3 and HDMI cables. Picture is leaps and bounds better than my older CRT TV. 120 Hz processor creates really clean, smooth pictures; stunningly clear pictures produced using blu-ray and PS3.
Only gripes (maybe 4.5 out of 5 stars rating), sound dubbing off slightly, especially with blu-ray movies and certain HD channels (up to 0.5 sec sound delay). Also, PS2 images not as sharp in 16:9 (maybe splitting hairs, but noticeable)
