Faces, letters are crystal clear, no jagged edges, no blurs, just a perfect picture every time. The internet access is limited to Yahoo gadgets, but it's nice to have for the latest stories on Yahoo, and you can access your online photoalbums on Flickr. The manual is better than most supplied by Asian companies but it leaves certain features unexplained. Except for the sound I haven't seen any issues complained about in other reviews. My complaint with the sound is that the range of volume control is noticeably limited. We use a cable box with its own volume control, so who do you blame? I don't know how well the audio interface works with external devices. (We have a cheap Visio that will blast you out of the room. It doesn't sound great, but it's clear and loud). Haven't tried to interface with the Internet. Haven't hooked up a game. Every sporting game has a horrible blur...it may be that my tv has a defect, but its definitely going back. I have tried different HDMI cords, no difference. Also caled my cable company, no problems.
