But I got it with the intent of using it as a computer monitor. I was excited as I took it out of the box but that excitement soon dwindled as I sought to use my higher resolutions and the TV was not able to do so. I am a graphics student so I wanted to use this screen to get as much screen real-estate as possible but I was a bit disappointed in that department. The screen goes up to some higher resolutions but not past the 1200 mark. And I wanted to use it at 1800+. So, if you have the same intent buy another screen as I am doing or get a video to HDMI converter and see how that treats you. Aside from that the screen is nice. The speakers are okay but there are far better speakers on lower end screens. Just something to keep in mind. All in all it is a really nice screen and looks gorgeous. It worked OK for about 10 days, and then various functions just stopped working, one after another. <br /> <br />I am returning the set to Amazon for a refund. I don't want a replacement and I don't want it fixed - I just don't trust any set that would cr@p out like this after only 10 days.
